Trying to improve my life
On April 6, 2014 a friend and I entered a battle royal challenge to lose weight. She wants to lose 23 lbs and I need to lose…well a lot. We cut calories and exercised. I cut calories down to 1420 a day. This was tough, but it made realize that I eat a lot of empty high caloric foods. I also don’t eat enough vegetables. I also discovered that I like to exercise because I always feel good when I’m done. Well long story short I lost the challenge. I actually went up in weight but that’s not stopping me. I’m continuing in the month of May. I don’t feel good about myself and I don’t like not feeling good about myself. So, I’m going to change.
